• Peppermint - works as a decongestant, shrinking swollen membranes in the nose and making it easier to breathe, and it also helps loosen mucus that has collected in the lungs.

• Eucalyptus - reacts with mucous membranes, not only reducing mucus but helping loosen it

• Lemon - promotes easier breathing for those with respiratory issues or infections by clearing the nasal passages

• Lavender - suppresses inflammation of mucus in the respiratory system, as well as help with bronchial asthma.
